Outcomes driven. Teresa does not engage in activities, planning, events, etc., that are not directly connected to outcomes. I learned that when I worked with her on the SOAR program. If teachers and parents were not seeing a measurable difference in the children's academic, social or emotional lives, then the program was not making an impact. She pushes to find the evidence that her — and her team's — efforts are doing what they were designed to do.

I've had the pleasure of knowing and working alongside Teresa Williams for over a decade, and I can say without hesitation that she is one of the most innovative and impactful leaders I've encountered. Her ability to build strong, authentic relationships is unmatched — whether with colleagues, community partners, or the families she serves. Teresa brings a unique combination of vision and execution to everything she does. She's a master of project management, able to juggle complex initiatives and important organizational logistics with ease while keeping everyone aligned and inspired.

I have been fortunate enough to work with Teresa Williams, in her capacity as Executive Director of Table of Hope. As a member of the board of directors, I can say Teresa is the exact type of leader any organization would seek. She is a passionate, detail oriented executive who is unafraid to roll up her sleeves to get work done. She leads from the front while managing to motivate a cadre of volunteers to follow. She is a can-do leader who truly cares in the mission to uplift her community.
