After years of success in strategy and organizational leadership, a deeply humbling moment changed my trajectory. A visit to a Medicaid office—expecting support, receiving shame—opened my eyes to a systemic truth: dignity was being denied.

That moment didn’t just inspire me. It compelled me. I could no longer separate who I was as a leader from what I had experienced as a woman. So I founded my nonprofit—not as a pivot away from my career, but as a powerful evolution of it.

I brought every tool in my professional arsenal—strategic planning, operational execution, systems design—and fused it with hard-won empathy and a mission that mattered.

  • As Executive Director of Table of Hope, I led the transformation of a modest church outreach into a $2.2 million community anchor. My work expanded services from food distribution to a portfolio of programs impacting thousands annually.

    Under my leadership, we:

    • Scaled operations from 1,500 to 32,000+ individuals served annually

    • Launched 10+ programs including youth development, maternal health, and reentry support

    • Grew our volunteer force from 10 to over 300, generating 13,000+ volunteer hours per year
